Every other month i am finding my account automatically goes to Paperless mode and i get billed for 39 dollars late fee (because i do not recieve my bill in the mailbox) I do not choose to go paperless so why is this crap happening to me? They said it was my fault, that i chose to go paperless. I did no such thing and i choose to mail them a check instead of using the internet. I am paying off my card and i am going to tell my family to goto different stores because wal-mart is ruining the economy and is very shady! After I signed up, I have not been able to get logged back in to the Walmart account. When I called customer service, both last month and this month, I am told they are having trouble with their system. This seems strange to me, especially after reading other customers' comments. Because I can't get in to my account to pay my bill, my bill will be late again this month as it was last month. I am probably just going to tear up my card and not have it anymore. I cannot afford to pay a $39.00 late fee when if I could get into their system I would be able to pay my bill on time. I finally signed up to pay my walmart bill on line two months ago.
