I pay all my bills on line, and have no problems with any of the sites. I tried to pay my Wal-Mart bill on line and find it confusing. I never was able to find the right location and if I did I was’t aware of it.

I could never get in to pay my bill online something was always wrong with what i was doing, but also i did not understand what i was doing wrong.

I have always had trouble paying my walmart bill. Either I can’t get into the site, can’t get into the my check free site or all in all is just one big hassle. Finally signed up with my bank to pay bills out of my account and don’t have to mess with Walmart sites. Now if only I could get my statement sent to me. Sure would help in knowing what I owe each month. Have to search all over to try to find oout what I owe and I’m just about tired of this. Close to cutting this card up and go with a simpler one. Life’s too short.

I finally signed up to pay my walmart bill on line two months ago. After I signed up, I have not been able to get logged back in to the Walmart account. When I called customer service, both last month and this month, I am told they are having trouble with their system. This seems strange to me, especially after reading other customers’ comments. Because I can’t get in to my account to pay my bill, my bill will be late again this month as it was last month. I am probably just going to tear up my card and not have it anymore. I cannot afford to pay a $39.00 late fee when if I could get into their system I would be able to pay my bill on time.

Wal-mart has a crap system. Every other month i am finding my account automatically goes to Paperless mode and i get billed for 39 dollars late fee (because i do not recieve my bill in the mailbox) I do not choose to go paperless so why is this crap happening to me?
They said it was my fault, that i chose to go paperless.
I did no such thing and i choose to mail them a check instead of using the internet.
I am paying off my card and i am going to tell my family to goto different stores because wal-mart is ruining the economy and is very shady!
Thanks for nothing wal-mart! any money i did save in your store; you have jacked me for over the past year.

Here I go again…looking for the sight to pay my bill on line…I write down every time what I did last time…and that doesn’t work the next time…Could you please follow some kind of pattern..like others do…to make this simpler. I don’t really like sitting here trying to figure this all out every month. I even made my password “difficult”…
