TJ Maxx Credit Card Payment
Q. What are my options for paying my TJ Maxx credit card bill?
A. You can make a TJ Maxx credit card payment online, but you can NOT make a payment in a TJ Maxx store. (NOTE: The TJ Maxx credit card recently changed issuers from Chase to GE Money Bank, so the online payment system has changed as well.) The links below will direct you to what you need. (Links open in a new window)
1. TJ Maxx Credit Cards Login & Online Payment - Click through to log in and pay your TJ Maxx credit card bill online, or, if you don’t yet have a login ID and password, you’ll find a link to register for online access. (www.tjxrewards.com)
2. Can I Pay My TJX Card In Store? (NO) - You can NOT pay your TJ Maxx credit card balance at a TJ Maxx store. We even called TJ Maxx to ask and they say NO. (If you click through this link, you will get a different answer, which is wrong.)
3. TJX Rewards - This portal page for the TJ Maxx credit card includes a “Manage Your Account” link which takes you to the site where you can log in and pay your TJ Maxx credit card bill. (www.tjxrewards.com)
4. TJ Maxx - Contact Us - Still having trouble? Go here for the TJ Maxx credit card customer service phone number. (www.tjxrewards.com)
5. GE Money Online Login and Bill Pay - GE Capital (formerly GE Money Bank), which issues the TJ Maxx credit card, has its own site where it allows online payments, which you will find here. (www.gogecapital.com)
6. GE Money / GE Capital Payment Mailing Address - You can also find a payment mailing address for GE Capital-isued credit cards, including the TJ Maxx credit card, on this page. If you can’t find it when you click through, the address is: GE Capital, PO BOX 960061, Orlando, FL 32896-0061. (www.gogecapital.com)

I wish I could pay my acct over the telephone like it was before the transition.

The phone payment was easier if your schedule is busy.

Before the transition from Chase to GE it was easy and efficient to do the payments. Now it is a nightmare! I have tried to make phone payments and the options don’t go througth, then, when trying to talk to a PERSON, nobody is available; I had to hung up several times after lengthy wait. Today, I tried the online payment…….I’m not sure if my payment was successful, because the website seems frozen; when I click in the different tags they highlight but it did not open. This is very frustrating!

Nightmare is right. Everytime I try to pay online it comes up with some problem. My picture doesn’t match or my secret question isn’t right. It keeps saying there must be a breech in security. I dred getting online to pay

I had trouble using my card in a Marshall’s store on 11/11/11 so I called the phone number on the back of the card and listened to the automated balance review, which was very easy since it matched my phone to my card number. Told me my balance (which was suffient to cover my purchase), that my next payment was due on 11/28/11, etc. Although everything sounded up to date with my account, I still couldn’t use my card, which was VERY frustrating. I called on 11/12 to talk to a person and apparently I had a late payment flag on my account afterall, which I didn’t realize. Soooo, apparently, the automated balance review DOESN’T EVEN MENTION THAT YOU HAVE A LATE PAYMENT DUE!!!!! Not only does that make the automated balance review TOTALLY USELESS and inaccurate, it’s telling you you don’t owe money when in fact you do. Just another little annoying way to trick another late fee out of us? I wonder how much money they make multiplied by thousands of little late fees at a time. When I went over the details to the supervisor I insisted I speak with, it didn’t matter to her that there was an difference in the information on my account and what the automated balance tells me. How frustrating.

Wish I could pay by phone again.

I lost my invoice and called for a duplicate. The TJX operater advided me that I had to pay a $5,00 reprint payment. Not only is this an exhorbinant charge, where there should be none at all, but exceptionally unbusiness like and infuriating. Not a nice way of doing business. This was the first time this happened to me in all the years I’ve been shopping at TJX. I will no longer use this credit card.

Making payments is such a runaround. I wish I could pay over the phone or at a store. Besides that I have just 2 1/2 wks to pay.

This entire process stinks. I will pay off my card and never ever use this card as long as I live. Convenience is a bad word with this company. They want me to not be able to pay my bill so I will have late charges. I used to like TJ Max but now I’m not even going to shop there anymore.

Total nightmare, I was talked into getting this card for the % off at the register and for the rewards. NOT worth it, no one to talk to, sent to wrong address and then charged me overcharges. Horrible. I will buy from TJ Maxx as I love the store, however, will never get their card or anyone else from now on.

OK.. I thought it was just me. This is the WORST thing ever trying to pay your bill! It should not be this difficult. Glad to know I’m NOT alone. Absolutely HATE IT!!!

Payment process was very simple, though I was apprehensive after reading all the negative comments.
I registered and paid by SIMPLY FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS. The whole process took about 10 minutes. When I pay online in the future it will be much quicker.
Thank you.

This is the only credit card I have that charges to pay by phone…I thought that it was no longer legal to charge for this service??? I will not use this card anymore!

I am happy to find that I am not the only person frustrated with this card. I could have SWORN that I made a payment online two months ago, and like others the site frooze and did strange things but I thought that everything went through. Should have never assumed! Now two months later I get a bill for double my original cost of those clothes, and I cannot access my account online. I am so upset with this card, and the fact that I did not get another bill in the mail for April telling me that I was overdue, but 2 months later!!!!
I will be cutting this card up.
