My target card has been the worst experience ever. I have just called the customer service line to ask why they reported a late payment to an account that has been closed over a year and they said that they couldnt help me on a closed account! I know the account is closed thats why I called! What?! then the representative said that the department that deals with closed accounts and reporting late payments does not take outside calls…. Is there someone else I can speak to about this? Nope its a closed account… Then why are you reporting late payments?…. I dunno thats not my department… goodbye… then she hung up on me…

Paying online is easy. Go to target.com and at the bottom there’s a button for redcards. You can sign up there. I am opting out of my card as soon as I receive my 0% card from Citi in the mail. I can’t believe how cruel Target is to raise their APR so high, especially during times like these! I’m ashamed that I ever got the card.

Good old Target. Unfortunately, I had same experience as paul up there. After being pressured into signing up for the card every time I go, i finally gave in and not only did they spam me with the welcome calls, they are also trying to collect on late payments that are not yet owed!

I still love the store, though.

I’ve had a Target Visa for about 5 years now. Never late on a payment, I have excellent credit and used to have a $8K limit. Used to get 10% off coupon every time I charged $1K. It worked out well and I saved my coupon for Christmas and back to school shopping

All that has changed - the coupon is now much harder to get - I have to charge $2K to get a one day coupon, which is very hard to do, because every time I pay down my balance, they cut my credit limit more and then claim it is my fault! If you try to call to find out about it, you get connected to India!

My limit is now about half what it used to be, and I’ve got to wonder, do they not want to cater to families any more? I shop there much less now and spend much less than I used to. Maybe this is working for them, but it’s not working for me!

Target Visa is the WORST credit card I’ve ever had. They blocked my card once for security purposes because “I made a big purchase” — $700 on a $13,000 credit line, the worst customer service I’ve ever had, now company reduced my credit for no reason (I have an excellent credit history). I am surprised that this sheety credit card had name VISA on it. VISA is a sign on quality, Target obviously has nothing to do with quality.

I love Target. Its always clean and so much easier to get out. Even thou prices are little more I will continue shopping my Shrveveport, LA store. Thanks!!

Why cant i find how to pay my target bill online??? it seems like this is the only store that does not offer online payments…why????

My account was overpaid by over $163.00+ and I called on January 24, 2009 to request reimbursement and they told me it would take 50 days. I don’t know who to call to find out whether the refund check has been sent out. Can someone help me? Thank you.

My payment is not due and Target keeps calling and harrasing me for payment, even though they know its not due in 10 days, sorry Target you lost my business forever
