I recently canceled my account with WFNNB because they refused to credit the late fee attached to my account for items i returned to Spiegel back in May. It is now October and everything has not been credited. I believe it is unfair for customers to wait four months to see their account credited after it only took less than a week for them to ship their merchandise after the order is placed. I don’t blame the banks too much because they go by what the receive from the catalog company. but why should i have to pay a late fee due to the negligence of customer service at Spiegel. today is 10/4 and I returned the items in early May.
Now tell me if that is fair.
