I have a Sears Master Card, I paid my last bill with a check foe 1156.90, the check was cached for 7756.90, I called to have the difference refund, but they told me it will take about 10 to 15 days to mail the check! It’s difficult to understand why it take so long, except for Sears investing MY money as long as possible.

the sears mastercard registration for online payments don’t even recognize my card number as a valid number. now how does one pay online. however after hearing about some of the online issues i think i’m going back to check.

This is the most useless card ever! I paid 2 payments in less than 30 days so the 2nd payment is being held for 8 additional days before being released for use. When I called they told me after I had the account for 1 year they wouldnt do that anymore that it would be standard paying procedure! I am 30 days from having it a year. I can not believe any credit card would pentalize their customers for paying EXTRA! How stupid is that!
