Please do not say Sears is the problem. Citi Bank is the problem. Sears do not control there card processing. Your card was issued through Citi Bank.

Yes, Sears is hard as crap to get on line to pay and I for one have missed payments due to this fact. Sears, if you are listening and paying attention, YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!There is no reason we should have to search and fight like we do as YOU work for US.
