Apparently northdrugstore.com is not honoring their (5) and (10) vial Lantus pricing shown online. I placed an order for (5) vials, and was told that it would be backordered for 2-3 months.

Also, canadadrugpharmacy.com claims to beat any advertised price online by 10% of the price difference. However, their "management declined the price beat" for northdrugstore.com's prices when I inquired via their chat utility. The rep. stated that they would only price-beat "licensed and (ac?)credited" pharmacies, which northdrugstore claims to be.

Also look out for the prescription requirements of some of these online pharmacies. They claim that they can only ship a max. 90-day supply through customs to US, but good pricing is avialable only in 5 or 10-vial quantities, so get a script for 5 or 10 vials. It appears that the more reputable online canadian pharmacies do not require a prescription for this item.

www.diabetesexpress.ca looks good for customers located in Canada; they do not ship to US.

It appears that the best may be a company with multiple facades offering (5) for $340 + $10 s/h online; canadapharmacyonline.com, globaldrugsdirect.com, and canadadrugsonline.com. Linked from pharmacychecker.com

Locally in the US, Sam's club seems to have the best pricing. You do not need a membership to purchase from their pharmacy.

Good luck!
