					<description>I received a letter stating I owed a late charge of $10.00.  I called this a.m. to inquire as to when this late charge was charged to me.  The person I spoke with gave me the month of June.  At this point I explained I had had to have deferred payments.  I received a notice of what to pay for May which I immediately sent.  I waited and waited for the June notice and finally called to learn how much to send.  I received a notice addressed June 18, 2009, I sent the check as soon as I received the payment amount (June 22, 2009).  Then July 09, 2009 I called to find out why my payment was not auto drafted as should have been and  found GMAC had failed to reinstate my auto as they should have.  I spoke with a very nice lady, "Girlie".  She immediately fixed the situation.  
I was told by the person I spoke with this morning that as a one-time courtesy she would wave the $10.00 late charge for June.  I do appreciate this but DID NOT appreciate her attitude or tone of voice.  She bordered on being down right hateful!  I usually go on and consider the source with people who are rude and ignorant in the P.R. Department but am sick and tired of people who are fortunate enough to have a job in this difficult economic time being irresponsible and handling customers with an "I don't care attitude".  Her code name (I suppose that's what you call it and can certainly understand why she would need a  code to hide behind) is PBK and her number is 663.
Thank you for your time in letting me vent and file a complaint on an employee who needs lessons in how to be courteous to customers.</description>

I bought two cars 10 years ago and they have been paid off for the last 10 years and I been trying to get a copy of the cleard titels from GMAC and I have been unable to get them for some reason. Is there a number I need to call to get them ? Can you help me out on this. the cars are 1999 Malibu and a 200 Silverodo Truck.
