Logged onto to site & signed in in hopes of making a payment, was not successful. Spent unlimited time trying to access the site again to make a payment, unsuccessful. Why have a site if it doesn’t work??

After 7 months of being successful in paying my 2 bills, I cannot log onto my account. Called help line and was able to pay via phone for one time only without the $15 fee. Still can’t log onto either of my accounts. It seems this should be a simple process since I can pay all other bills on line with no problem.

I have spent the last 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve a Dillard’s bill for which I have been charged a late fee of $29.99 for a bill that was sent from my bank and cleared the bank in plenty of time. The amount they say was late was only $42. 55, and it was received by them before the due date. That was for one month late fee. I have HAD it with Dillards/GEMB and do not plan to use a Dillard’s card again. It lies on my kitchen table in 42 pieces right now.

I signed up easily for Care Credit, not knowing this was a GE Money offer. I had learned in the past not to deal with GE. Sure enough, I kep waiting for the first bill and when I received it, there was a late fee!!! I called and they said I didn;t respond to the first mailing. Turns out, that first mailing is disguised so that it looks like a randon solicitation. Not only that but it was addressed to someone else. the name was close but not my name. Those two factors caused me to toss the mailing into the ” shred” box with all the other junk mail. naturally they will not correct the name, even though they made the mistake. I must send a copy of my social security card and birth certificate IN THE MAIL to them before they will put the account in my name. ( as if anyone would send sensitive documents like that in the mail to a company that has already proven to be deceptive and unethical). So . . . I tried to pay online. Guess what? The site doesn;t work. I mailed in a payment the day the bill arrived and called the bank each week until the check finally cleared after the due date. Now another late fee! I called and complained and tried unsuccessfully to get a resolution. I asked how one is to pay a bill on time if you can’t pay online and they hold payments mailed to them until the account is past due. I was told to takethe payment to my bank and let them put the payment through. My bank laughed and said they don;t receive payments for GE money. ANy ideas?

Tried to clear up misprinted info but no go. I think they want people to actually GIVE UP as in give up the ghost. When people lose the human touch its all over folks. My towel lies on the floor now excuse me while I pee on it.

I can’t believe such a bank can stay in business. The service is terrible, as the above people say. I tried for over 2 hours to make a payment online, and finally gave up and wrote a check and mailed it in. The next bill had a late charge on it. Believe me, you can’t win with this so called “good” company. I wouldn’t have agreed to deal with them had I known it would involve another charge card, and to top it off- GE!. I only have one charge card, and that’s enough, so I don’t like having to have another one. I’ll destroy this one as soon as I pay it off!!!!
