It is March of 2008 and I have just come across this site accidentally. In reading the comments it seems to me that you, whomever you are, are attempting to create a service, and actually asking the users the for suggestions on the format, as well as certain subjects that will help them in whatever they do. All I have read above, are cranky comments and self-righteous complaints about what hasn't been done. For Pete's Sake, what part of 'new' and 'building' and 'help' and 'suggestions' don't they undertand.

I have been battleing Macy's Department Store all day about a return that I made where my money actually went through back to my debit bank within two days. HOWEVER, the credit for the returns never made it to my Macy's accounts meaning that they are showing that I still owe for them. They also keep adding a late fee each month. I would owe nothing if this were corrected.

Guess what...the credit department business is farmed out to INJA and while they can speak English, i don't think they understand it.

Wouldn't it be great to take all these big outfits that have outsourced all their internal business and put them in a big file. Inside would be certain things listed beside each entry, such as whom to call with credit i nquiries. I alsoo need the president of the company and whoever is managing the credit department.

For 30 minutes today, I talked to a Jacob Watson who is a supervisor for Macy's explaining to him I had returned merchandise and had actually dollars returned to my debit account, that i had a copy for all of the entries and what should I do next. His next question was
'was this a return or a payment?" The man is a supervisor and can't understand English. By this time I was annoyed enough that that is what I politely told him.

Yessir, a way to find out exactly who is responsible for things in different corporation...wouldn't that be loverly?

I have not even looked to see if you are a success and wioll do so now.

Thanks for the comment, Grover. By no means are we simply waiting for visitors to tell us what searches to cover---the challenge is simply the fact that there are so many searches to cover, so obviously we still have many holes, with the overall index getting better over time. (It would help if we had a larger team, but that's another story.)

The comments above about having you help us build Bessed are simply our way of saying we'd love it if you got involved, whether it's telling us about your favorite Web sites or submitting your own Web site for inclusion. We'll keep growing it whether you participate or not, though :)

I think this is a great idea, but the "there needs to be more pages indexed" complaint is not an idle one. Leaving it up to user suggestion makes no sense; you search for things when you DON'T know what you're looking for. A better system might be to have a large index and let people rate/comment AFTER they've found something.

I'd love to start using your site, but if 95% of the time when I search I get nothing and have to use Google, I start to think that I might as well use Google in the first place and just skip searching here.
