I am extremely sorry Suzanne that you had such a rough time with Memorial Gallery and Memorials.com. My wife is a glass artist that creates Memory Pendants which are glass memorials that contain a small bit of cremains or a lock of hair. Both of the above companies are distributors of ours and, to be honest, we have had nothing but the best relationship with our business dealings. In fact, Memorial Gallery had a customer that was unhappy with their purchase of a keepsake pendant from another company, and in as a solution to keep the customer happy, Michelle purchased a cremation memorial from us using her own funds and had us send it to the unhappy customer since she knew that we could provide a product that would satisfy her customer.

I am sorry to say there are some companies that would and do take advantage of people in their times of grief and if something like this ever happens with a distributor that handles our Memory Pendants, we would personally step in and correct the situation ourselves.

taken advantage of at all.
My daughter hand crafts beautiful art glass memorials pendants, bracelets, keychains, and can also customize the orders. she has many testimonials on her website of satisfied customers, and the wonderful thing is she feels good about what she can create to assist people in the grieving process. She actually started this service because of my own grief for my passed husband whom I missed deadearly, and she thought it would truly bring me comfort, in which it did, and of course it can not replace him, but I felt a serene peace, having hime with me daily .

Cremation Solutions is a company to stay away from. Cold and indifferent. I placed an order for 3 cremation crosses for myself and my sisters after losing our mother for $564.00 order was confirmed. 4 days later received and email stating crosses were no longer available and refund was issued. The item was not a one of a kind I have seen it on other sites of course not at the price they offered it for. They have one in Sterling Silver at about double the price so although not quite bait and switch close to. I find it sad that companies like this charge so much for these products as it is to capitalize on our grief is so wrong.

I would also like to add that I told all 3 of the ones I mentioned above and had horrific dealings with that I was going to reprot them at ripoffreport.com which I did. And Memorial Gallery, I added 3 different updates and told her about them as well. Not one of those companies disputed what I said nor did they go to the site and do a rebuttal. Stay awai from Memorial Galllery(funeral-urns_ www,memorials.com and EternityCremation Urns. save yourself another heartache and grief.

Michele Bailey is a lying idiot. She took advantage of me at my lowest point. Had a price on her site and I went to order and she would not sell it for that price. She sais it went up 300 dollars but had not had time to update website. Memorials.com and EternityCremation Urns are just as bad. They took all my personal info, name address, phone # credit card info and after I placed order and it was accepted, they called me 2 hours later (both of them) and said my order was canceled as the item was out of stock. Why don’t these site that are dealing with people at the lowesat point in their life know the price of an item or that is not in stick before you r order it? I have had very bad experiences with 3 of them thus far!!
