I visited the Lombard store and the service was excellent. The furniture selection was very nice and well priced.
I’ve since moved from Chicago but I’d love to at least be able to see the furniture selection at the stores online so I can select and plan a trip back to buy the pieces I like.

We furnished our first home with a number of pieces from the Boston Sotre in Milwaukee and had it shipped to our home.
We had excellent service!
I would like to see furniture selections online prior to making the long drive to the store as we are ready to refresh our family room furntiure.

Bait and Switch
GUILTY
Offering a Simmons mattress and box spring for a GREAT price then ’suggesting’ that that mattress is not of good quality for actually SLEEPING on, but should only be used for a ‘guest bedroom’????
THEN, “offering” a different mattress at another “sale price” (much higher) because THAT particular mattress IS intended for actual SLEEP???
Shame on you Carson’s!!!
