					<description>I have worked at Carson's for 18 yrs and have never had a problem paying any of my bills until HSBC took over. If I here anything about our cards is no one wants them because of terrible customer service, receiving late bills,being charged late charges for those late bill and not being able to pay online when they are already set up.
I have been trying to pay online for the past week and have not been able to. Why is it you want our money but will not fix the problem.
We have pleaded with the upper  management to change this company and they are listening because of the complaints and they cancelled accounts.</description>

					<description>You are correct.  They are a very unfriendly company but only in the last few years.  I remember much better service in the past.  Now, they will also report you to the credit bureaus immediately.</description>

					<description>I was a long time customer of the Carson's credit card. I was so disappointed in the fact that for several months I was paying my bill late and never notified that I was paying the bill late.  For years my due date was the 6th of the month.  I had paid my bill out and didn't use it for awhile, I did not realize that the due date was changed. I was never notified.  My hurt is that when I was sending the bill in late, I was never notified by mail.  They just kept taking out the $29.00 late fee.  I am retired and I sometimes I think they prey on older people. I cancelled my card so this will not happen to me again.  It is a sad way to discontinue a relationship with a company I thought had my best interest at heart!</description>
