I was a long time customer of the Carson’s credit card. I was so disappointed in the fact that for several months I was paying my bill late and never notified that I was paying the bill late. For years my due date was the 6th of the month. I had paid my bill out and didn’t use it for awhile, I did not realize that the due date was changed. I was never notified. My hurt is that when I was sending the bill in late, I was never notified by mail. They just kept taking out the $29.00 late fee. I am retired and I sometimes I think they prey on older people. I cancelled my card so this will not happen to me again. It is a sad way to discontinue a relationship with a company I thought had my best interest at heart!

You are correct. They are a very unfriendly company but only in the last few years. I remember much better service in the past. Now, they will also report you to the credit bureaus immediately.
