    I’ve never been able to get past AirTran’s past as ValuJet, when there was that crash in the Everglades (which I just looked up, it was in 1996) and then all the horror stories came out afterward about Valujet’s poor safety record. That was a long time ago, but every time I see AirTran I still think Valujet.
