I try too the lemon juice in my acne scars, apply a teaspoonful of lemon juice in a cotton ball and the apply the cotton, gently, in my face and wait for about 10 minutes, finaly I wash my face with water to remove the juice.

I agree that good nutrition and vitamins are important to fighting acne and being healthy, but do we have any good information on just what actually helps, and how much? I mean, you should be taking your vitamins anyway, but it would be nice to know how much of what has what effect.

When I was a kid my mom always told me that my friends had acne because they didn’t take vitamins. Was she right? I don’t know, I do know that my sister and I never got acne, so maybe it was the vitamins.

We need to keep after prevention & cure. Control and remission are getting better - through diet and medication. It is hard to sift out the genuine research from the frauds.
